NAPFA

The National Physical Fitness Award (NAPFA) is something every Singaporean has to go through. Part of the Sports for Life Program, it is meant to stimulate interest in physical fitness and serve as a mode of assessment of the student population's general fitness level. Regarded as an extremely comprehensive study of the fitness level of an individual, it can be challenging to meet the passing grade for some. But this can be changed. Information is the greatest tool, and as such, this site includes all the details you need to pass the assessment.
